1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using zellen.com.pk, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.
2. Product Information & Pricing
We strive for 100% accuracy in our product listings. However, since we deal primarily in specialized Google Pixel devices with varying conditions, the price is subject to the specific unit's grading (Mint, Like New, Good, Fair) and PTA status (Approved, CPID, Non-PTA).
- All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
- We reserve the right to correct pricing errors or cancel orders resulting from technical glitches.
- Stock availability is real-time but subject to simultaneous orders via WhatsApp.
3. Order Confirmation & Payment Policy
An order is considered confirmed only after payment verification. Full payment via bank transfer, JazzCash, or EasyPaisa is required before order dispatch.
Every order includes verified courier parcel tracking, our 7-day checking warranty, and an immediate replacement or full refund if your device fails inspection.
4. PTA Registration Responsibility
ZELLEN clearly discloses the PTA status of every device.
- PTA Approved: Full network support, no future tax required.
- Network Supported (CPID): Working via software patch; subject to future PTA network policy changes.
- Non-PTA: Wi-Fi functional only, the buyer is responsible for paying custom duties/tax directly to PTA/FBR.
5. Limitation of Liability
ZELLEN is an independent retailer and repair provider specializing in Google Pixel products and is not directly affiliated with Google LLC. We are not liable for incidental, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our website or products.
